Two players position themselves in front of the gunfighter saloon doors and rest their legs in the free-standing cowboy chaps. They prepare to draw their guns in the split second that the saloon doors swing open. The DRAW sign above the bar illuminates as the doors swing and reveal the gunfighter. At that moment, you need to draw the pistols, cock the weapons and fire at the gunfighter. The shots are emphasised by the gunshots which boom from the speakers and then followed by the Funeral March. The players' shootout times are recorded on the digital timers positioned on the top left and top right on the main bar doors. The fastest shooter wins.

When the game is not in use, it plays a steady stream of western honky tonk music every 3 or 4 minutes to keep budding cowboys interested and attract new gunslingers. The unit is very compact and weighs in at just 130kgs. This enables it to be delivered in just a lightweight van or even a large hatchback car. It's also easily manoeuvred in and out of position by the use of a simple sack barrow. This can be done and easily set up and ready to go in just ten minutes by a single person.
